June 4, 2011 I spoke with a CSR from HSBC regarding scheduling a payment from me to them for my RewardZone Mastercard. I couldn't give them a payment that day, so I arranged to call in or use the website to make a payment around the 13th of June. No problem "ok ma'am, I'll make a note of that and will be looking for the payment around then."
