We purchased property in Tahlequah - set to close on May 20, 2011...was told by Trae Radcliffe all was fine for coverage. One day AFTER closing we were emailed that Shelter was denying coverage due to a loss I had on another insurance company (flood due to broken line on water softner). Shelter policy is to deny coverage to anyone that has had a loss other than "natural causes" within 5 years.
