I was called by a company NCOFF and informed I had not full filled my contract and if I did not pay them $58.14, I would be turned into a collection agency. I paid the money on the phone and to this day have not received a credit to order my books as I was informed by Chloe. This was Feb. 26, 2011 and processed March 2, 2011 thru my bank.
