I purchased an Intex above ground pool on 5/17/11 at Wal-mart along with the 2 year warranty. I now have grass growing in my pool although I followed Intex's owner's manual and cleared the ground of all grass. Intex's customer service said "grass growing into your pool is a natural thing". Ha! They would do nothing with their 90 day warranty and we have had the pool a few days shy over a month and swam in it for a week.
