On May2, 2011 I called AT&T to cancel my mother's long distance. She is deceased but I still need the phone as I clean out her apt in NJ. Today I tried making calls on my Queens, NY land line and couldn't get any service. After calling and waiting 35 minutes I was told that I had to wait 3 days before in was reactivated and now had to pay a higher amount for my international calling plan.
