I purchased a voucher for a stay at a hotel that would be arranged by Sunmex for a trip to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. From the first day these guys gave me the run around. I was told I would here back about my reservation in 24 hours. I called back 4 times in the next 2 weeks and was given the same runaround, that I would hear back within 24 hours.
