I brought a 98 Toyota 4Runner into NTB to get a tire rotation and balance. The lugs weren't tightened and on the way back to NTB, the driver front tire came off. The tire subsequently rolled off and hit another vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle assisted with jacking up truck and placing tire back on vehicle. I was asked to provide a police report and also driver if vehicle involved was asked to send NTB an estimate from paint and body shop.
