I ordered and received this product, but decided to cancel my order after I was sent (and charged for) several additional products. I was charged 39.95 and the next month 44.95. I returned all products in January 09, unopened, as indicated by the customer service rep. To this date I have not received a refund even after about a dozen emails. I also received 4 additional charges to my credit (29.95 each) from companies associated with this company. I didn't not request or authorize these additional charges. This company is a rip-off.
