I signed up for eFax free trail on Jun 10th this year. I sent a fax to try out the service. It's a 9 page fax, I sent from their website. I didn't get any email confirmation back until about 2 hours later. The email said that the fax failed. So I send it again. This time, I sent through email, which is their preferred way. Again, no confirmation, finally, about 5 hours later, I received an email saying that the fax has been sent but it took almost 2 hours.
