I will first state that my payment with21st mortgage was 10 days late at the time of this incident. I received a call from the collections department of 21st mortgage so they could ask when I planned to send my payment. The representative was polite but once her manager Renee got on the line to confirm the arrangement the conversation turned for the worse. I have never in my life been talked to with such disrespect in all of my life!
