My story begins with getting a target credit card. The first month I was shopping with it a couple of times and was waiting for the bill to arrive. Well it never came. I got a letter saying I did not pay my bill on time and I am charged $25.00 in late fees. That time I thought I must have misplaced the bill, or my moving had to to something with it so I payed it off. A few months later i used my target credit card again.
