I used to like this product. It was convenient and reasonably priced. However, their product has been broken twice in the last month, meaning I can't send faxes. Customer support has been unresponsive. They openly admitted later that there were outages that lasted several days, and they said that all faxes in the queue had been sent and received and none were lost.
