We rented a NY apartment using the Roomorama website and a manager named "Mona" under the internet name Sandsmona. We wrote this letter to the company: We were so dissatisfied with our stay that we are requesting a partial refund...none of the promises regarding the apartment were kept... We did not stay in the "Amanda" apartment, as originally booked.
