The service is horrible. The owner of the company is Martha Yungk. We met with her directly, and she made it seem that there was a whole team of professionals in her office working on issues. In reality, she is only one that works on taxes. The other people in the office are just secretaries and filing clerks. There were some errors on our taxes and we hired her to correct them. She said that it would take a couple weeks and she would have everything straightened out. In the mean time, she said that the IRS would not be charging us any... read full review »
