Today I had the unfortunate experience of trying to shop at CVS in Newbury Park. I wanted some passport photos taken, but was curtly told "can't do that size". This, in spite of CVS advertising that they can do such sizes. Next I tried to find some light bulbs, but out of stock. I bought a couple of shampoos and paper items and then tried to use the 25% off coupon that I had been sent this week and was told "All sale items, can't accept the coupon".
