I recently made a complaint with the BBB about Verizon. Each time the rep from the BBB would respond she would state please read attachment and supply details. I would email immediately back there is no attachment. I followed up again through a general email box and hers again stating she did not attach anything to the email. She emailed me back and said case closed for not responding to the attachment. Completely ignoring my email even though that was in the thread.
