Landlord very rude about maintenance issues. Wants to blame any issues on tenant. Also threatened tenant to move out if not happy with the way he conducts business. Issues beyond control of tenant. Some issues caused by other tenants. Air conditioning went out and landlord made tenant wait 5 days before even coming out to look at the problem. This was during 90 degree or higher days.
