On visiting the E-Bay site, it came up you could get FREE information how to use E-Bay for only paying the postage. Today on my credit card I found a charge for$60.55. I called thier 1- 800 number and was told that there was a cancellation time period or you would be charged, I did not read it this way. I was also charged the postage fee ( I agreed to pay) $2.95.
