I recently went into a rite aid to shop located (5627 Chestnut Street, Pennsylvania 19139) and I realized someone was trying to pick pocket me. I then proceeded to the front of the store for a manager or security officer to report the incident. I was informed by Rite Aide workers that they don't have any security or protection for its customers nor staff. They were told to call 911 and they advised me that police officers usually takes half to hour to show. I believed that that this corporation should protect its customers at all times while on their premises. I look forward to receiving your explanation of these matters. read full review »
