wife tried product for the "free" introductory period. card was automatically charged upon first phone call 79.95- was charged again 14 days later another 79.95- didn't even know until I saw bank statement. Called the number and spoke with rep # 245 and explained. She immediately said she would refund the second 79.95 (this was obvious protocol and it seemed to be an ongoing routine that she is part of everyday.)
