Hello I been a wellsfargo customer for about 2 to 3 years. I have a home mortgage and an auto loan with them. I have never been late, always on time and more than minimun payment. I called them for several weeks and tried to get help by lowering my payments because of recent job lost and low income coming through unemployement. The mortagage part are not willing to help and I had to go through a different route. Nacca is a company that fights with banks to lower your mortagage payment.
