I contracted VOIP service with Atlas Voice (now called Think Simplicity). I used their service for one full year. At the start of service I paid a refundable deposit to receive an ATA hardware device required to use the service. Upon cancellation of my service I sent the company back their hardware device. They confirmed receipt of the device but stated it took me too long to return the device and refused to refund my deposit. I cancelled my service in mid October 2007 (after 10 Oct 2007) and returned the ATA device on 16 Nov 2007. Despite repeated attempts to get my money they refused. BEWARE! read full review »
