Wet shopping for a wooden swingset about 8 months ago and came across rainbow direct in menlo nj. michael the saleman convinced my family that a "rainbow play set" was the best. he acted like a used car saleman but even so i bought the set. it's now a few months later and the set is weathering horribly! the wood is all splintered and discolored. i called to complain and he (michael) told me this is normal wear? how can that be? bottom line-- the set is a overpriced piece of junk and both rainbow play systems and the store "rainbow direct" who i subsequently found out is not "direct" at all should be ashamed of themselves. read full review »
