I sold Coast Spas for several years. As a retailer, I was NOT reimbursed for warranty work after our second year with them (which they were actually made well during those two years). From there it all went down hill. That company has restructured itself more times than I can count. Their defective products almost cost me my business. They made a great product MANY years ago, now they push out junk with high prices and more problems than the retailer can keep up with. My advice is to look into American manufactured products, you have a better chance with legal recourse! read full review »
