On June 24, 2011, I purchased approximately $50.00 of items at the Dollar General in Knightdale, N.C. I was buying some various items for a belated Father's Day gift. I purchased an "As Seen on TV" item--a nondestructive, waterproof wallet. It retailed for $10.99. Upon returning home, I realized that the packaging was taped and the item had been previously opened.
