My family all have straighttalk phones but I have been trying to transfer my service from one straighttalk phone to another straighttalk phone. They are telling me they have to send me a new sims card. That will be another 7 to 10 days. That to me is unacceptable. It says that you can do all of this online but then u have to call and the service person is always someone I cant understand at all. How hard is it to transfer one number to another phone.
