Horrible site. Like others who have used this site to book flights, I thought I was getting a reasonable deal until the final click to purchase the tickets. It was at that time that I saw the service charge that was not indicated anywhere on the website. $86.20 added to the ticket price. I was enraged and tried to call the phone number on the itinerary many times within the first hour of making the reservation.
