I purchased a scooter as Christmas present for my daughter. When she tried to ride it on Christmas day a bad smell was coming from the fuse area and it melted the plastic. I call for about 10 days and they finally sent me some parts. Still could not get the scooter to work, finally in February I was sent a new scooter, guess what that one doesn't work either.
