I signed up and after a few days I couldn't get into my account anymore. I was very confused and called. Once I got through to a customer representative, he put me on hold for 15 minutes only to come back saying that I did not abide to their terms of agreement and it was a private matter, thus he could not tell me why. I had just had a baby, need a nanny was told this was a great website to find one. I couldn't understand why they would cancel me, so I read their terms of agreement.
