This is the 3rd sale this past year that Sports Authority (Chicago - Lasalle) will lose from me for poor customer service. I had a plan to come in a buy 4x FiveFinger shoes for me and my kids; however, just like last time, they put me on hold for nearly 2 minutes when connecting me to the appropriate department for a stock check. Whatever, I'll buy these online from eBay or REI Online as usuall; Sports Authority lost about $500 in sales from me over this past year. read full review »
