ATT provided home phone and internet. I cancelled my home land line 9 days ago and have since not been able to connect to the internet anymore. Despite 4 calls to the tech support team (totaling over 4 hours of my time) ATT has not been able to restore my internet connection. Supposedly, a line technician has been checking and fixing the line 3 times already. I am furious! 9 days w/o internet access at this day and age is unbelievable and unacceptable. If they don't fix it by tomorrow, I will cancel their service altogether. read full review »
