Richard Mellon was hired to inspect a home we had made an offer on. He was at the home for 6 hours. Only found minor issues with home other than the obvious that we had already negotiated. After purchasing the home and while we were running cable for the house we found damage in a bath and also the kitchen that the home inspector did not report.
