Rudy the plumber, very dishonest. He was overpaid $80.00 and was well aware of this. On numerous occasions, Rudy informed my spouse and I that he would stop by to return the $80.00. He avoided our calls. I called from someone else's phone he then answered. However, he liked again he informed me during the call he would come by and drop the money off. We also informed him since he was so busy we would come by to pick up the money. He refused and said he would be by. Same story. Each time. He lied over and over.
