I strongly recommend avoiding Bay Carpet . They sent a man named Chip to measure my apartment for carpeting who was so rude, aggressive and disrespectful that I was really surprised. There are plenty of quality carpet companies that have good customer service and are easy to work with. Affordable, too. Bay Carpet is not one of them. read full review »
