Chase bank took over my bank several years ago and the level of service has gone incredibly down hill. I have a Chase Freedom Card which for the last year or so I have used occasionally. Last year I erred in leaving my interest free charge too long and incurred an interest charge. I paid the charge but complained about the calculation, after several message communications, rude replies from Chase I might add in which I questioned the calculations they have knocked me off the website because I noted that I was unable to calculate the average... read full review »
