I waited more than a month for an appointment with this dentist. then when I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and signed in, I was told it would be just a few moments. It is January in Michigan and They Don't Have HEAT. I sat in their UnHEATED Waiting Room for 50 minutes. then when taken back to a cubicle, I sat and waited another 15 minutes before a hygenist came to tell me that I'd be waiting a bit longer since the doctor was overworked.
