Their server went down when they ran my credit card. So they ran it twice, and assured me that it would only go through once. The manager was rude, not helpful at all. He refused to speak with my bank to notify them that only one transaction should go through. Well a day later, guess what ...they did charge twice. When I called they told me they only saw one charge. I had to handle it through my bank. Fry's has AWFUL, AWFUL Customer service. Always go to BEST BUY. ALWAYS.
