Dear Montel, First let me say that I depend on your blender to make all my meals because of ongoing oral surgery. When I first made my decision to purchase a high speed blender I chose the Health Master over Vitamix and Blendtec. At first I was really happy with the way it performed but then the blender broke down and I called customer service and they sent me a new one. Within a month it broke down again.
