And process - will never shop here againI thought to use piperlime because it is a well known company and believed the process would be similar to amazon or endless. I received terrible customer service when calling about the status of my order, which is still in process after 2 days and no sign of it shipping anytime soon. I asked if the rep could check with the warehouse to see if there are any shipment statuses, but she refused.
