Please, please read this review. Do not use Benchmark Finacial, our office sent them an application fee ($2, 700). When they got back to us about the approval, they told us (not based on credit score, it's perfect) that they could not qualify us because we are a new business, less than 6 months, and could not qualify us. They have told us repeatedly (I have it stated in emails from rep Craig Loveless) they will refund us our application fee ($2, 700) and we are still trying to get OUR money back. read full review »
