Bought bedroom set on 5/18/11, scheduled delivery appt for 2 wks out due to delivery restriction in senior apt complex. i was told no problems would arise if we schedule a date in advance boy were they WRONG. on 6/2/11 i received a confirmation of delivery where rep informs me that they can not deliver until after 5pm:. i told rep we could not have delivery after 6pm, rep replied well we deliver up to 12 pm!. i repeated delivery was confirmed two weeks out so this problem would not happen and repeated you are delivering to a senior complex... read full review »
