Enrolled in their Personal Training Program and had problems from day 1. Their on-line documentation showed me having more training sessions than I actually had. I attempted to get it corrected 3 times with no success. And 1 session I did have was done by a person who wasn't even a Certified Trainer but I assumed he was as he was the Manager of the department.
