Don't fall for Sears salesman!! I purchased an A/C system for my home from Sears after a long spill from a salesman about how Sears is committed to its customers and how you can trust them. It was crap. After way overpaying for the system, they tried to install a cheaper system than I paid for. The worst part is that I was told I would get a 1000$ rebate from Carrier which turns out to be non-existent. Who is helping me with this...no one.
