We purchased a microwave oven from Bray & Scarff's Sterling, VA store. The microwave failed to operate 2 months after the purchase. We called Bray & Scarff repair on 22 May and a technician came to diagnose the problem on 26 May and ordered a new part. A week later we got a call saying the part was in and to schedule a time to have the part installed; the earliest they could come out was the following week.
