I booked a hotel to stay in Bloomington, IL for 4 days. The star rating to the hotel is 2.5, When I book it said, the hotel is a name brand hotel like Holiday Inn Express, AmeriSuites, Country Inns & Suites, and other respected hotel brands, I was given a hotel which was not a branded one like the above said brands.
