The transformer pad mount installed cornering my backyard has been humming since the day we moved in to the house in 2007. After figuring out the source of the noise, I had been fighting with Xcel Energy to get this resolved. They behave like an elephant mammoth which would not even feel touched even when a poor consumer like a moth hits it with full force. After many complaints, I was able to force them to have the transformer replaced, but the noise has not died down and my sleepless nights continue. Wakeup! Xcel. read full review »
