I have been an AT&T customer for 3 years. I always have problems with them. From my bill, the customer service reps, technical support, and the internet connection. In the past month my internet has been down for a total of two weeks two separate times. This is rediculous. I have online school and the only way for me to complete and turn in my assignments is through the internet.
