I received an inaccurate order from PetCareRX. After having trouble with the customer care rep understanding the problem, he finally understood that they sent me the wrong product for my dog. He assured me that the correct product would be overnighted to me, as my dog needed this product immediately. Five days later I got a response via email, that they had received my request, and that the product would arrive in 5-7 days. I now regret returning the incorrect product immediately, per their request. I will now search for a company that is more accurate and honest in their dealings with customers. read full review »
