In March 2011 I called Basic car parts to order two used parts for my truck .When I received the parts, one of the part was defected and couldn't be used. I called back customer service, and told them about the bad part and requested that they send me one that I can use in my truck. They told me that I had to pay for the return shipping even if they would have send me the wrong part, and that was there policy. This Company is a FRAUD !!!
