The problem with Restoration Hardware is that for all their glamorous catalogues and well laid out stores, this is a mail order company with an attitude. We ordered thousands of dollars of furniture for our house and half the furniture arrived damaged - when it arrived. We waited up to 8 weeks for towels and are still waiting more than 5 months for a piece of furniture.
